STOCKPORT County's table-toppers proved pitch-perfect when they took to the Edgeley Park turf to celebrate the title win with delighted fans.
The Hatters, led by boss Jim Gannon, bounced back into the National League as they came out on top after an incredible title race.
Around 3.500 fans made the trip to Nuneaton on the last day of the season to see County get over the line with a 3-0 victory that clinched the National League North title.
And thousands more turned up for their homecoming, enjoying the open-top bus tour through town and the team's trophy parade in the ground.
Manager Gannon said he was: "proud" to be the person who ended their wait for a return to the National League.
It was a season in which Stockport broke a record from over 80 years ago as they went 16 league matches unbeaten.
